I was lying awake one Tuesday night — restless legs, a busy mind, and no luck with the usual remedies.

I started learning how our bodies use minerals and discovered that many of us aren’t getting enough of what we need. I wanted a simple way to support my body, so I created my own blend using clean, carefully chosen ingredients.

I tried it before bed and finally experienced the deep, restful sleep I’d been missing.

Friends and family started using it too. My mum loved it as part of her evening routine, my friend used it after workouts, and others kept it close for moments when they needed to unwind.

That’s when I knew I had created something special.

Auramer was born from a simple idea: pure ingredients, no unnecessary extras, and a calming daily ritual to help you slow down, recover, and rest naturally.
